Bharti Airtel had discontinued its Rs 49 plan and now Minimum Prepaid plans Starting from Rs 79. Now minimum Airtel customers have to Recharge For Minimum Rs 79 not Rs 49.
It will effect the low income customers and those who are using 2 sim cards at a time. So, now they have to Recharge for Minimum Rs 79 to active its incoming and outgoing service.
Now, Rs 79 Recharge has more benefits also for its customers. Airtel not only hikes its prepaid plan of Rs 49 price but also gives more benefits.
During the ongoing pandemic, Bharti Airtel launches Rs 49 plans for its low income customers to help them stay connected with friends, family and relatives.
Airtel had given a Free Recharge of Rs 49 also to 55 million customers, mostly in rural areas to stay connected with family, friends in ongoing pandemic situation.
Airtel Revises Prepaid Plans
The Rs 49 plans gives 38 worth of talktime and 100mb of data for 28 days.
But now revised plan of Rs 79 offers Rs 64 worth of talktime, 200 mb of data with a validity if 28 days.
So, as prices hikes, benefits also have good. But it effect low income customers.
The plan has revised and effects from July 29, 2021.
